Annual POINT IN TIME Homeless Census (PIT)
The Annual Homeless Census (also known as Point-in-Time or PIT count) is conducted every year on one day in January across the country. Not only is it a requirement to receive Continuum of Care (CoC) funds, but it provides information on the current state of homelessness in our community that can inform local decision-making.
