The Plano Overnight Warming Station (POWS): Overnight shelter for individuals and families available when the weather is forecasted to be 40 degrees or below. POWS is located at the Salvation Army, 3528 14th Street, Plano, TX 75074. Transportation provided from various pickup points in Plano. Call 214-988-9434 or visit pows.collincares.org for daily shelter status updates.
